Staff and Management
- Our teachers are professional educators who are fully certified and/or credentialed in early childhood education by the State of New Jersey.
- Our caregivers are CPR & First Aid Certified and have years of experience working with children.
- All employees are thoroughly screened by external agencies and fingerprinted by the State of New Jersey.
- Our staff is our biggest asset, and therefore we value, respect and appreciate each member's unique quality and contribution to our center.
- We are committed to minimizing staff turn-over as children do better within a stable environment.
- In order to help our staff keep abreast with classroom management skills and educational concepts, we provide them with guidance and continuing educational workshops to further professional satisfaction and growth.
- We keep you current on your child's progress through ongoing daily dialogue with teachers and daily notes describing each lesson.
- Our curriculum is fully aligned with New Jersey State expectations for the different age groups.
